To be civilized is another way of saying "have respect". Acting in a civilized way, is a form of being respectful. To catch someone acting or being civilized you would most likely find them with family or in a store, Somewhere were respect is required. What makes me civilized most of the times is just caring myself in a civil manner. Its not that easy most of the time because I'm a little cranky often, but there's a time in a place for certain things.
